All orders are hand poured and created on a custom basis for each customer. For this reason we have a very strict NO REFUNDS policy. We follow the same guidlines as pharmacies selling prescription drugs. NO RETURNS. We cannot resell fragrances that have been created for a custom order and returned to us, because we can't guarantee they were not tampered with while they were out of our possession. We offer sample sizes for low cost for customers to try any and all fragances before committing to purchasing larger amounts. Returns sent without our authorization will be discarded and no credit will be givien.

Once ordered we are not obligated to change orders. We will make an attempt within 12 hours of ordering.
